Ordering

2) Login to view your shopping cart.

3) Check the order details in the cart and proceed to checkout.

4) Give the delivery information and how you would like to pay.

5) Fill in your payment information and click the 'Submit' button to complete the transaction.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB as payment for orders.

If you are paying for your order using a credit card you will be asked to enter your card details as part of the ordering process (for on-line use). Or you may print, sign and fax the card details to us at +886-2-87971919, attn: Mytrans Online Store.

We'll ship your order within one working day once your payment is confirmed successfully.

We'll send you an e-mail informing your order. If you don't receive this mail from us in 24 hours, please contact with us or check the status of order at Member Center.

Dispatch & Delivery

1) Delivery time is dependent on the destination address. The following table is for your reference:

2) If you place an order that contains more than one item, the availability may be very different.

3) If you order an item that is downloadable from Internet, we will send the registration number or URL to you via email and no physical item will be sent.

Exchange

We are able to exchange items that are damaged in transit, defective or incorrect. You can return the item(s) to us within 7 days of the date you receive the item for exchange. Please contact with our customer service center.

Returns

We don't accept returns for software, videotapes, CD, VCD, DVD, magazines, or downloadable products/information. You will need to return the items in its original condition with the invoice within 7 days of the date you receive. Except for damaged (in transit), fault, and incorrect item(s), you will be required to bear the operational fee for returns.
