Exchange

We are able to exchange items that are damaged in transit, defective or incorrect. You can return the item(s) to us within 7 days of the date you receive the item for exchange. Please contact with our customer service center.

don't accept returns for software, videotapes, CD, VCD, DVD, magazines, or
downloadable products/information. You will need to return the items in its
original condition with the invoice within 7 days of the date you receive.
